Contact Us Today

When you call, you get Eric. No admissions department, no intake queue, and no script. He will ask where you are in your recovery, answer whatever you want to ask, and tell you honestly whether one of our homes is a fit.

Reach Us

Call or text (818) 462-1910. Email eric@solstice-recovery.com.

We usually answer calls during the day and evening. If you get voicemail, leave a message, and Eric will call back. Text often gets a faster reply than a call, which is worth knowing if you are trying to reach us from work or between meetings.

Any of the three numbers will reach us. If you are not sure which house fits, call whichever is closest, and we will sort it out from there.

What the First Call Covers

People are often nervous about this call, so here is what it actually involves.

Eric will ask what has been going on, whether you have been through treatment or detox, and what your situation looks like right now with work, money, and support. You can ask anything: what a month costs, what the house rules are, whether your insurance is involved, what happens if you relapse.

Nothing is decided on the phone. Most people come see a house before committing to anything, and we would rather you did.

Calling About Someone Else

A lot of the people who reach us are not the person who needs the bed. They are a parent, a partner, a sibling, or a friend who has been carrying this for a while.

You can call and ask questions without committing anyone to anything. We will tell you what sober living can and cannot do, what usually has to happen first, and where to look if we are not the right fit. That call costs nothing, and it is often the most useful thing a family does in the first week.

If You Need Help Right Now

We are a sober living home, not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about hurting yourself, please use one of these instead of waiting for a callback.
